InspireED Terms and Conditions for Membership/Subscription Plans

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the InspireED subscription service ("Service"). By subscribing to or using the Service, you agree to comply with and be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using the Service

1. Membership/ Subscription Agreement

By subscribing to the Service, you agree to pay the applicable subscription fee as outlined in your chosen plan. Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis, either monthly or annually, depending on your selected plan. You will be charged at the time of your initial subscription and subsequently on the same date each billing cycle.

2. Membership/ Subscription Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings before the next billing cycle. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be issued for partial periods or unused time.

3. Service Access

Upon payment of the subscription fee, you will be granted access to the content, tools, and resources included in your selected plan. InspireED reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at its discretion.

4. Membership/ Subscription Discounts

General Discounts and Offers

Any discounts, promotions, or special offers related to your subscription plan are subject to availability and may be altered or revoked at any time by InspireED. These discounts apply only to specific services or products as stated and may not be transferred or combined with other offers.

Subscription Discount Terms and Conditions

• Eligibility: Subscription discounts are available only to customers with active, qualifying subscriptions.
• Non-Stackable Discounts: Subscription discounts cannot be combined with other discounts, promotional offers, or applied to already discounted packages. Only one discount or promotion can be applied per purchase.
• Validity Period: Discounts are valid only during the active subscription period. Should the subscription be canceled or lapse, discounts will no longer apply.
• Scope of Use: Subscription discounts apply solely to services outlined in the subscription package. Additional services outside the plan may be subject to standard pricing.
• Misuse of Discounts: Misuse includes applying discounts to services not covered under the subscription or using expired codes. InspireED reserves the right to rescind discounts in cases of misuse.

5. Use of Content and Resources

Content provided through InspireED, including articles, resources, and proprietary material, is for your personal use only. Reproduction, distribution, or sharing of any content without written permission from InspireED is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

InspireED’s liability for any claims arising from this Agreement is limited to the total amount you have paid for the subscription service in the three months preceding the event causing the claim. InspireED will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Privacy Policy

InspireED values your privacy. Your information will be handled per our Privacy Policy. By subscribing to our Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in this policy.

8. Modifications to Terms

InspireED reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. You will be notified of any significant changes via the email associated with your account. Continued use of the Service after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Termination

InspireED may terminate or suspend your subscription if we determine you have violated any part of this Agreement. Upon termination, access to the Service will be revoked, and any unpaid fees will remain due.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed per the laws of Maryland. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Maryland.
